Step 1: Choose Your Partnership Type
Businesses can support the pantry through:
In-Kind Food Rescue (donating shelf-stable food, overstock, or bulk goods)
Operational Sponsorship (supporting storage, supplies, boxes, or transportation)
Recurring Financial Contributions (monthly giving at Bronze, Silver, or Gold levels)
Hosting Food Drives (on-site or involving customers)
Let us know what type of partnership you're interested in, and we’ll work with you to tailor the experience.
Step 2: Complete the Corporate Partnership Form
Our simple online form will collect:
Business name & contact information
Type(s) of partnership selected
Frequency (one-time, monthly, quarterly)
Estimated donation value (if known)
Public recognition preferences
Logo upload (optional)
Terms & logo use acknowledgment
Step 3: Review & Sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
The MOU outlines:
Mutual expectations and roles
Opt-out policy (30-day written notice)
Authorization for Northeast Georgia Food Pantry to:
Acknowledge the business publicly
Display your logo on our website, social media, and print materials
Step 4: Get Listed as an Official Pantry Partner
Once everything’s complete, you’ll be added to our:
Partner Recognition page on the website
Thank-you posts and highlights on social media
Press and community materials (based on your level of giving)
Step 5: Start Donating!
If you’re a food donor: we’ll coordinate a pickup or drop-off.
If you're a financial supporter: you can donate online or set up recurring payments.
If you’re hosting a food drive: we’ll provide promotional materials and schedule pickup.
