Food insecurity touches families across Northeast Georgia—especially in smaller towns and rural areas like Toccoa, Cornelia, Lavonia, Martin, and Demorest. If you're searching for a food pantry in Stephens County or Habersham County, GA, you're not alone—and help is on the way.

We’re Northeast Georgia Food Pantry, a new pop-up mobile pantry launching this spring to serve families in need across North Georgia. You may also see us referred to as NE Georgia Food Pantry or North Georgia pantry services—all of which reflect our commitment to serving communities right here at home.

Unlike traditional food banks, we don’t operate from a central warehouse or storefront. Instead, we use a pop-up pantry model—bringing shelf-stable food boxes directly into the neighborhoods where families need them most. These boxes include items like canned vegetables, grains, protein, fruit, and snacks—no paperwork, no red tape, and no judgment.

We know transportation is one of the biggest barriers to food access in rural areas. That’s why our mobile pantry will appear at community locations across Toccoa, Cornelia, Martin, Lavonia, Demorest, and Mt. Airy—making it easier for people to get the support they need, without having to travel long distances.

While we are not affiliated with the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia, we respect the work they do and hope to collaborate in the future. They remain a valuable resource for food support across the region and serve many partner agencies in the area.
